Westshore Publix Supermarket

Our latest project is located at 4900 W. Kennedy Blvd in the Westshore Business District of Tampa. Westshore is arguably one of the most sought after markets in Tampa. We demolished an aesthetically unpleasing Sports Authority building on this four acre site. In its place, we built a new Publix Supermarket with all four sides of the building treated with interesting architectural elements. Spacious sidewalks connect the neighborhood to their grocery store creating a major amenity for the thousands of customers working in the adjacent office towers and the homeowners of South Tampa.
South Tampa residents have been asking for a convenient grocery store for over 15 years. We were able to satisfy the market’s need while delivering a fantastic location to Publix. The store opened 2/27 of 2020.
