The Clearwater project is exactly the type of project we have been searching for over the last 7 years. We will redevelop the property through a Public-Private partnership. This redevelopment will take a non performing municipal asset and transform it into a regional sports complex still owned by the City. This city asset will serve a much bigger percentage of Clearwater residents and at the same time delivering substantial economic impact and property taxes for the benefit of the entire community.
